History

2008 - The Manchester Monthly Knock-Out tournaments were created  by Irving Czechowicz , he also ran the tournaments between 2008-2014.
2014  -  Kev Jones took over the running of these monthly tournaments and created this website.
2015 -  Pennine Trophy was  devised to encourage  play at both Manchester and Bradford Monthly events

​There is also a thriving Manchester Backgammon Club which meets every Tuesday (Manchester Backgammon Club)
